Total que como la versión mini de todos los pasteles va bien para una comida individual...pues nada "robé" un poquito de la masa de la coca e hice la versión mini para desayunar...y bufff riquísimo.
Os dejo la receta de la coca entera, la usais como querais, en mini en grande, en base de cupcake, para cakepops...es un bizcocho cualquier cosa vale!Ingredientes
1 yogur
3 huevos
2 envases de yogur de azúcar
1 envase de yogur de aceite
ralladura de limón
4 envases de harina
medio sobre de levadura
almendras y azúcar para decorar
Elaboración
No hay misterio se mezclan todos los ingredientes menos harina y levadura en un bol, bien batido, mejor con máquina eléctrica queda mucho más fino.
Después añadimos poco a poco la harina y la levadura y mezclamos.
Lo ponemos todo en un molde y al horno a 180 grados unos 40 min.
A media cocción podemos echarle por encima azúcar y almendras.
Realmente está buenísima y muy muy jugosa, aunque seguro que todos tenéis vuestras versiones a veces está bien volver a atrás y no hacer tantas innovaciones que lo más rico a veces es lo más simple.
